Billing & Insurance

The physicians accept most insurance plans. Please check with your insurance carrier to determine if your physician is in your insurance plan.

Please bring your health insurance cards with you on each visit. Most insurance plans do not provide 100% coverage, therefore you may be responsible for co-pays, co-insurance or deductibles. To avoid surprises, you should ask your carrier in advance what will not be paid by your plan. Our Patient Accounts staff will be pleased to assist you with questions or problems relating to insurance.

St. Louis Medical Clinic is closely following the most up-to-date announcements and information on Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) from the CDC and local health officials.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, our clinic hours are changing to Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. effective Monday, April 13. For your convenience, our physicians are now offering telehealth visits. Please contact your physician for more information. Thank you and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
